Terrible service!!! Went in and not greeted, waited for 25 minutes and no one even said “will be right with you” I left! TERRIBLE!!!!
Had the worst experience at this store. I needed help porting my number and had no network. The employees, especially Naye, immediately dismissed me and my questions and simply told me to call up costumer service saying they can’t help. I was in the store on call with customer service for an hour on 23rd December. I got my issue fixed but was told by the on call customer service representative that all this could’ve been done in the store too. I do not recommend working for this company, the district manager is ignorant and selfish and you get unfair treatment. If you want a miserable work environment then this is the right one !
