My friend, Chris has a learning disability and I try to help with her newer T-Mobile cell phone. She had accidentally blocked many important caller (including me). Therefore, I could not reach her by phone. A store rep, Luis, on speaker phone, fixed the problem and walked me through how to fix the problem if it should happen again. Also, the store manager, Matthew, set up an inactivated program on her phone to permanently block callers from making scam calls a 2nd time. Oh thank you! I had a very bad experience with tmobil de mcminnville orego. They told me they had a kind of two smartwatches and in the end I came out paying for everything. very bad service. I have 10 years with a mobile phone and I had a plan of 4 phones for 100 dollars and so far I pay almost 150 dollars, I do not recommend them and soon I will go to another company. finally very bad internet service.
We just switched from another carrier to T-mobile and I couldn't be happier. I have more bars, the service is great, and in ironing out the bugs, I found Trenton. He's so confident, I had no doubt he would be able to help me, and he did! He's not only knowledgeable, his personality shines. Everyone at T-Mobile is helpful and friendly.
