They let their "girl" cut in front of others waiting and don't tell people who storm the counter that they have to wait their turn. Additionally, proper customer service would Call The Company for you at the store, instead of dismissing you to go make the call yourself. I wasted around 45 minutes and essentially got nothing resolved.
