Awful Service. First I chatted for 90 mins with a rep. Then they told me to go to a store as they could not resolve the issue. Both service people did not investigate my issue at all. I printed the chat from the rep to show them what she did. They basically tried one thing then said "go to an apple store". Well apple is not open. Apple already said it was a Tmobile issue.
