Was in the store Dec 1st. Was thinking of switching 5 lines over to T-Mobile. They ran the approval through and the price was not what we where quoted prior to. Decided not to go with them. Never received new phones nor made the switch. Seems they put it through anyway. Two months later, several phone calls and 3 trips to the store and I have a $466 dollar bill for a phone I never had and no phone number ever activated. There needs to be a -star rating. The Assistant manager was useless. He practically called me a liar when I explained the problem I was having.

Probably the worst customer services around - promise the world and don't deliver. I think that goes for all of TMobile. Was the switch that so wasn't worth the hassle. Still do not have early termination fees paid, credits on bills promised, and just found out prices increasing. Have 10 pages of notes from store visits, phone calls, and online chats. Still problems not resolved. NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
