Damian and Chevy were awesome! I had a bit of a complicated situation, as I am on a family plan with friends in Washington State, where I formerly lived. We all recently changed carriers from Verizon to T Mobile. Because I was trying to make the change in Ohio, things for a little complicated. Damian and Chevy were very patient despite the complications. I really appreciated all of their help!
