Very professional customer service. The store is clean and super organized. Hope they give free stuff to their customers.
I was devastated. My phone was smashed. Christopher was helping me. My phone was pretty much impossible to read. He work tirelessly to get the information I needed for my backup photos and phone numbers. His service was outstanding. 5⭐ thank you Christopher.
Superior store compared to the corporate Hudson store. This store actually took the time to care for me and even followed up to see how I was with my service! Also it’s run by a Veteran of our country. Thank you guys and thank you Neil for your service
Went there w a broken phone. They were great to me. Got a new phoneand Jennsy found all my photos. Polite intelligent young men work here. The service at Best Buy was ATROCIOUS.
