I had a mixed experience at this T-Mobile store today. I asked an employee who speaks Spanish if the iPhone 17 Pro was available because there were several customers waiting, and I wanted to know if it was worth waiting. She told me she was helping another customer and did not answer my question. A simple yes or no would have taken only a few seconds and helped me decide whether to stay. Her response felt dismissive. Bunch of scammed. I was offered $600 off an S25 Ultra for adding a line now aperantly they never added the promotion and I'm stuck paying even more for not even a mistake on their end but their greediness. If you want to get a new device or line go online do it yourself unless you want to be scammed into paying their fees that they say are required but are not. Called after 8. Came to the location before the posted closed time of 9pm. Gate was pulled down. The girl was rude and said they close at 8 every day. CHANGE YOUR HOURS THEN AND UPDATE THEM AND DONT ANSWER THE PHONE 8:05/8:10pm.
