I don't typically go out of my way to write these reviews, but I had to make an exception. For context, my dad has 5 lines on his account (has had it for 24 years now), and he lost the phone for one of his lines. Sweet young man, however he took our information went into a back room and left us there for a half hour. He was not honoring the clearly stated exchange. Try to convince me to change the plan. Went to the back room again and left us there for another 20 minutes until I knocked on the door. Needless to saybwenwalkednout with no phone.
Bad customer service!!!
I came to this retailer to switch from Verizon. Pretty much everything that could go wrong did but mostly through a comedy of errors. I was offered a 2-week free trial of internet, t-mobil billing department charged me. Within two days my application for a trade-in premotion was denied, but they hadn't even send me the return box with prepaid postage. It was one problem after another. I had a mixed experience at this T-Mobile store today. I asked an employee who speaks Spanish if the iPhone 17 Pro was available because there were several customers waiting, and I wanted to know if it was worth waiting. She told me she was helping another customer and did not answer my question. A simple yes or no would have taken only a few seconds and helped me decide whether to stay. Her response felt dismissive.
