Absolute worst customer service. Actually nonexistent. Walked in and the rep was so unhelpful and unwilling to answer even simple questions we walked out within two minutes.

This location has had horrible customer service on almost every interaction I've had with them. I purchase a phone case that did not fit my phone properly, it was only 5 days from the date of purchase, unused other then seeing if it fit my phone it was also accompanied by a receipt and original bag, I was blatantly lied to and told that T-mobile locations cannot receive returns of items purchased from a different location which is absolutely false. The people that work there are so pretentious, I asked a question and the dude literally put his finger up and said please hold. Pathetic
