On July 25th, I went to the TMobile in Fox Lake, IL. I went in with the intention to get a new phone since I was having problems with my current phone at the time. I put my face mask on and walked in. A man at the counter named Alex asked me what he could help me with and proceeded to help me with getting my new phone and setting it up. RecommendedCharles and Matt are excellent! Very friendly and professional! Each are knowledgeable and really try to make you happy! I’m so happy that this store has Charles as a manager! I highly recommend going to this location if you want top notch service!
I honestly like how friendly they are! I will drive from round lake (which is not too far, however, hate the staff at the RLB T-Mobile) to Fox lake for the service!! They are great! Check them out
