Joseph was very helpful dealing with an issue that had to be done in person. It was handled very quickly.
These guys need to learn the difference between a prepaid SIM card and postpaid and when someone comes in asking for a SIM, their first question should be whether or not the account is prepaid. Such a waste of time and energy.
Today I couldn't call anyone on my Google pixel due to Sim card problem. I stopped at this store for help and a young employee named Moises at the store offered me great help and resolved the issue quickly. Great experience, Ramesh
I came in expecting to have to buy a new phone cause mine was water damaged. Nay nay. In the mind and capable hands of the miracle worker Nick my phone was saved!! And because I didn’t have to lay out a chunk of change on a new phone, Nicks kern recommendation got me protections on my phone that made her prettier and functioning better. SHOP HERE!!
