I have always had excellent service from the professionals at the Steveson Ranch T-mobile store. My family has been T-Mobile customers for over 20 years. Last week I did a warranty change on my phone. Iris made sure everything went smoothly. I left and came back, she made sure everything was transferred. Yesterday my husband did the same. But the outcone was bad!! My husband came home and didn't have his contacts. His business is on his phone. Not only that apps were not there. The was a notification stating error. The best experience I have ever had with a Tmobile store was at this location. I came in to cancel my service because it was just becoming to expensive for me. I was helped out by Albert and he was able to help me not only lower my bill but I also found out I eligible for a new phone and would get a huge discount if I traded in my old one! So I ended up with a cheaper monthly payment on my phone plan and a brand new phone! Such an amazing experience! It’s rare you find people as patient and attentive as Robert , Andrea & Albert. They took care of our whole family and tried to get us the products and services we needed in the most affordable way. Robert . Albert & Andrea are just fantastic !
