DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Worst experience I have had the mispleasure of dealing with. The representatives here lie to make sales, add things without asking or tell half truths about accessories being included [they mean on your bill not free] Or do not apply trade ins correctly for promo eligibility. They either don't send the trade in to warehouse or they don't add your trade in to the transaction. Can't give 0 stars or I would..

I definitely should have read reviews before coming to this location. I was not impressed by the workers of this store. I came in for a simple jump which took an 1.5 - 2 hours. The whole time I was in there one of the workers, Andre was complaining the entire time. Before a customer would come in he would already be fussing and then after they left he would say something rude about what he had to do for them. I definitely could have done without his negativity. I went to the T-Mobile in the mall today because the Central Park one was insanely busy. It was the one (because there is two in the mall) that use to be a Sprint store. As soon as we walked in I noticed there weren't any customers However both workers did not want to acknowledge us. It took a minute or two for them to finally look up. Terrible Service - My wife and I stopped by this store to try out their service. We were told that we could try out their service for 14 days without penalty. After just two days we weren’t happy and returned the equipment. We thought that that was the end. But we started receiving bills in the mail. We later found out that the store manager, Wallace never canceled the account.
