Update ! Since September 2021 I’m still waiting for the Mananger to fix my problem and is frustrating !!! Is unacceptable to be calling every single month ! For then to credit the mistake that they made . Is frustrating that they don’t care at all for the costumers .
The two sales guys were only interested in making a sale and not helping the customer. Kinda disappointed for a 1st time experience.

Angela was so knowledgeable and so helpful. She was kind and patient, and she was so willing and able to answer all of our questions. If I could have given 6 stars I would’ve! Need a new phone? New billing plan? You have to go to this T-Mobile. Best service ever!
