Poor customer service. Their system appears to always be down and the workers always seem to have a goal to get rid of you unless you’re buying something. Overall T Mobile as a company fails at transparency, and efficiency. Simple actions are always cumbersome or includes run around.

Employees in the store could not help me remove the SIM card from my tablet. I ended up having to go up the street to uBreakwefix. Poor attitudes...
Ran by a bunch of kids that don’t know what their doing I tried the home internet for my business was told I can return it within 2 weeks free of charge to make sure it’ll work in my location, it was considered a “dead zone” so I returned it the very next day and asked them everything is done I don’t owe any money or anything and they said my contract is canceled and I don’t have to pay anything. Couple months later no letter no emails I have a $55 collections from T-Mobile on my credit report! Insane.
