Ran by a bunch of kids that don’t know what their doing I tried the home internet for my business was told I can return it within 2 weeks free of charge to make sure it’ll work in my location, it was considered a “dead zone” so I returned it the very next day and asked them everything is done I don’t owe any money or anything and they said my contract is canceled and I don’t have to pay anything. Couple months later no letter no emails I have a $55 collections from T-Mobile on my credit report! Insane.

Stopped today to change my phone and we had an AMAZING experience! Chris took care of us and was so clear with changing our plan to make it cost effective, found promotions we had not claimed and was able to get me a pretty cool phone with all the accessories needed.
