I’m leaving this review so that future customers can make a more informed decision to do business with this location. The associate I worked with, David, was personable and kind and answered as many of my questions as he accurately could. I have no issue with his communication at all. My issue is that he was ill informed. My decision to switch to T-Mobile from another carrier was 100% influenced by the bad information I received; namely, that I would receive an autopay discount AND a “work perk” discount as a federal employe... read more

Poor customer service. Their system appears to always be down and the workers always seem to have a goal to get rid of you unless you’re buying something. Overall T Mobile as a company fails at transparency, and efficiency. Simple actions are always cumbersome or includes run around.
