A very busy place with no direction of what anyone should do next. Most unprofessional for T-Mobile which is usually way above the others. Moved on to another T-Mobile facility and was met with courtesy and completed my business in short order.

My family and I had the pleasure of working with Donny today. He is the type of helpful, thoughtful, patient, hard working type of individual I hope to encounter in more places. He took his time with both my parents to ensure that our experience was seamless (even if they asked 100 questions haha!). Thanks so much, and I'm grateful we came into the store today.
I was trying to get out of at&t and back with t-mobile, it was an experience (horrible from at&t) , but ollie made it all better for t-mobile... thank you ollie for your help, your patience and above all, that despite everything, you always had a smile on your face.
