I came in very upset because customer service was not helping me with my problem, so I came into this t-mobile and Anthony the manager was so nice and so helpful and he managed to help me with my problem!
Workers and manager so apathetic that I quit T-Mobile. No extra effort whatsoever. This manager shouldn't be anywhere near retail customers. But nothing will change of course.
Ran into the store 5 minutes before they closed for assistance setting up my daughter’s watch and the staff was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. Rafa helped me set up the watch and stayed late to make sure everything was working properly- 10 out of 10 customer service!
