Provided my PIN; have my phone with me; it’s a business account. Couldn’t tell the difference between personal and business. In competent. (Dude with the glasses) Looks like just woke up from a nap and doesn’t want to be at work. Just go to another T-Mobile store, which I did and was successful for doing phone upgrade which is straight forward!

I came in very upset because customer service was not helping me with my problem, so I came into this t-mobile and Anthony the manager was so nice and so helpful and he managed to help me with my problem!
Workers and manager so apathetic that I quit T-Mobile. No extra effort whatsoever. This manager shouldn't be anywhere near retail customers. But nothing will change of course.
