I came in to trade my phone in for an upgrade, and the man helping me claimed that I couldn’t get the upgrade if I didn’t buy a 40 dollar accessory. Of course, it was a lie and he was just trying to rip me off. I left immediately and will never be returning to that store!
So the store opened 2 hours late to start, after that the store manager failed to help me with my need then proceeded to threaten me while I had a baby with me ( 5 months old ) Then when I left he called the police on me. The store managers name was Sam encarncion.
Horrible service, doesn't open on time and the staff are preoccupied most of the time, went in for a screen protector for my iPhone and the associate told me they don't have them with out looking
This is the worst TMobile location I’ve ever been! The representative Jennifer and her friend were sitting at the front of the store almost falling asleep they make wait over an hour trying to get me a new phone at the beginning they put a wrong password at the door and they can’t get in and at the end the said they can’t sale the phone because the costumer protection service were doing so many questions and they don’t even know what to do or say.
