I’m really disappointed in the customer service. Came in to get an iPhone 17 which I couldn’t get due iPhone to new iPhone transfer, I have a pre- paid account from day 1 after couple of weeks pass by the t-mobile attendant switch my account to post paid without my consent. I’m really upset. My re-paid bill was $50 now am paying $117 for what? SMH

This store at this location by far was the best !! I went there yesterday 3/22/26 to do several things I paid my bill and bought a new phone and wanted to keep my number the sales woman who helped me not only was kind but was patient and knowledgeable about everything she really went above and beyond for me I wish I could remember her name I know it started with a j but thank you for the help and best t mobile store ever
