Albert was the best associate. He was so pleasant, helpful, and very patient. He greeted my dad and I upon entry. He was able to process my upgrade quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with my experience. I will definitely come back with my dad to upgrade his phone.
Definitely by far the most incompetent T-Mobile I’ve been to. Don’t waste your time here they can’t help nor will they look at the notes.
