I got lied to by two of the workers there. I was always wondering why my credit score isn’t going up in the past couple of months. It’s because they lied and took advantage of me when I knew nothing and when they sold me an IPhone that I only wanted they threw in an Apple Watch without me knowing and I was about to pay $600 dollars for an Apple Watch I did not want. Had my phone switched from one line to another, the worker told me he wasn’t allowed to put the new SIM card in my phone. Was told my phone number would stay the same. My number changed and when I went back 10 mins later to get it fixed all they wanted to do was argue, interrupt, and talk over me. Overall very disrespectful and seems like the workers don’t really care about customer service.
The manager of this location is unbelievably sarcastic and does not take a hint when he’s making someone feel uncomfortable. I went in to upgrade my phone and my sons phone and the whole almost 3 hours we were there he was relentless. To the point that a staff member (female) told him to leave this girl alone. His unprofessional behavior while I was in the store and his comments to his employees about how he only has them working because he’s short staffed made myself and my stepdaughter want to leave. This review is for T-Mobile as a whole and not this specific store. 0 Stars for T-Mobile across the board. T-Mobile charged me an extra $220 in Feb2022 and I have been on the phone over and over, it is JUN2022 now. I’ve called customer service, they have promised to send a check to my house, but no check comes. They’ve promised to refund the amount to my bank account within 24 hours, but nothing is refunded.
