Tomas was great and helped me trade in my phone and get a new number. They stayed open late since Apple loves to make everything take forever. Great customer service!!

I took my phone in for the first screensaver since buying my phone and the woman wasn’t trained on how to open the OtterBox and broke part of it. No sorry no nothing just me still having to pay for it with my phone payment. I won’t be going back to that location ever.
