I had a truly disappointing experience at T-Mobile recently, specifically with a manager named Evan. I came in needing help, and Evan initially said he would assist me then completely disappeared and never returned. No explanation, no follow-up, just left me waiting. As a manager, Evan showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. Just went into this store with my parents to get my moms watch paired with her phone and we got there before another customer walked in and the gentleman helped the other lady first instead of us and to me that was not okay and I have never had this experience at any T-mobile store the whole time I have been with them. That lady walked in after us and we should of been helped first considering we walked in before her. DO NOT GO HERE. Every single time we go here there’s always a problem! They will make you feel like an inconvenience is you are not buying anything.
This place STINKS! Do not go here go to any other T Mobile store.
