This stores service has gone straight downhill, and the pompous manager Evan is to blame. I will not go back to this store, and he has given T-Mobile a black eye. My service plan went up 5 dollars a line at the beginning of April, and I pay over 600 a month now. To have service like this is ridiculous.
Evan is awesome helped me try to fix my phone and tried multiple things first to try and save it but me and my wife just ended up upgrading and he explained everything to us and help us save money and what plan worked best for us and kept it very professional I can see why he is the manager!
Worst customer experience I have ever had.
