Went in twice for the same issue and after the rep deleted tons of items I had saved (she did not ask permission or tell me it was necessary). Those items I can NEVER get back. After she did whatever she did, the issue has been magnified to a degree that is unbearable. I won't be going back to that location again.

Nathaly and Jessica were AMAZING with helping me change up a few things with my plan and getting a new phone pre-ordered. They took the time to map out every little detail for me to make sure I was getting the best deal and made the whole process smooth and painless.

I've been in a handful of times. The staff is pretty clueless. I knew more about the phones in the store and the offers T-Mobile had on than the staff did. They also don't seem to know how to use their internal computers system and tools. It takes them ages to do even the simplest of things. All this to say, it's a typical mobile phone dealer.

Natalie and Shawn killed it. They are amazing to worked with. They helped me so much and I couldn’t thank them enough for taking the time to even help me start a new iCloud for my daughter too.

Outstanding Customer Service by Nathan today! He was patient while working through an system issue. He waited on hold with his internal CS Team and then the Tech Team. He was calm, cool, and collected. Way to go!
