They refused to sell us the last iPhone 16 pro natural titanium because we wouldn’t take their promotion and add another phone line we didn’t need. They said they would leave it for another customer that would. Please don’t go there. They don’t care about customers just about their profit.

Asked to have Zagg protector placed on mt phone. After preparing to do so, the guy suddenly told me that their manager told him that they were not allowed to do so. That I had to take it down the street to Zagg store. This despite having ordered it from the Tmobile store and having had it done at the store before and been told to come back once received ontje nail to have replaced. I had ported my phone number from Verizon to a Business account at T-Mobile. There was an issue with my phone needing a T-Mobile eSIM, and I needed T-Mobile's help. Kazumu was THE BEST! He stayed attentive and helpful while I made several phone calls to locate all the needed information. A calm, steady hand during a stressful moment is very appreciated. Huge sigh, and a huge Thank you!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Went in to trade in my phone everything was fine we went through all of the paperwork when that was all done they tell me they don’t have any iPhones in that store so I said I could pick it up the same day at another store and they made it seem like that was so hard to do they said they could deliver my phone the next day so I agreed that would be fine even though I would have to pay an extra $85 until they receive my old phone in the mail.
