Recommendedthe manager was super helpful and stood up for a customer when t mobile screwed up and wanted the customer to pay for it!as long and stefanie is manager I will be more than happy to be at mobile customer!
To the employee who claims to have 15 phone and "can fix anything", my mother in law came in to you and you claimed to be able to fix it and it took you 45 mins to still not know what the hell your doing. I got it in three minutes. And i didnt need to delete everything like you did.
Just FYI T-Mobile has a sign posted on there door right now with a list of everyone out of service. I just wanna make it clear sprints service is doing amazing right now and has been all day.
