Went just to port my phone number to my new SIM card. Guy who helped me was extremely passive aggressive and didn’t answer any of my questions, just repeated them back at me like I was some sort of idiot. Would have cussed him out then and there if it wasn’t for the fact that he was the one controlling whether or not my phone was going to work. Really bad impression on a new customer.

I'm extremely displeased with my experience at this store. I went into the store with $1,000 cash to purchase a new phone. The representative that assisted me was extremely nice but I was in a hurry to get back to work, so I was a bit rushed. I purchased a new phone case and the Galaxy s8.
