The worst thing they could have done was put this type of staff member to work. I had a terrible experience with that young woman; if she lacks the ability to provide proper service, she really ought to look for another job.

I went in to ask about adding a phone line and decided to keep looking at other options. Unfortunately, my phone plan was changed without my authorization. When I returned with proof (with help from another location), I received no assistance in fixing my bill. It should have been $170, but it was almost $400. Horrible service — I would not recommend coming here unless you want to be scammed and stuck with a $400 bill.
The workers here are so rude. They express that they have no interest in helping you out at all, and they're visibly frustrated and bored with you. Never going here again.
