I Came in today and was immediately greeted and helped so amazingly by Javier and Jenny with a data transfer from an old iPhone to a new one and they completely helped and assisted me through it. Ive been with T-Mobile since the late 90’s and for a specific reason.. Awesome professional service!! Thank you so much for what you do! The best! Arthur

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Especially from Jenny. She is horrible! I don't usually like to leave these kinds of reviews. But TMoblie needs to know what a horrible customer service you have. Jenny was rude, inpatient, disrespectful and she was texting on her phone while we were trying to explain our problem. Seriously... worse customer care service ever!!!! Zero stars if possible.
