Terrible customer service over the phone. They said I needed to go in the store to resolve my account that I had already canceled and keep getting charged for only to go to the service place and have them tell me that I need to talk to customer service even after I’ve canceled my service. This place continues to be a huge annoyance. Terrible location, terrible phone company terrible customer service. T mobile is absolute garbage .
