EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Was in there this past Saturday to sign up for new service with your Military Appreciation Plan currently being advertised. Was quoted a price on our services by a gentleman then since we didn't have one phone we were trading in and they didn't have the phones in stock we had to go to another store to finish the transaction. The best place to be. The best place to be when it comes to electronics repair. They have some quality people working here who know what they are doing.
Worst T-Mobile store around. Horrible experience with CHUCK NEWSOME. He promises all of these things, gets you to turn out your pockets so he makes commissions and then after you're committed, he doesn't deliver. I probably spent $500 to $600 or more there so he could "work it out to get me a cheaper monthly payment". When the time came to make the changes to my account, all of the sudden it wouldn't work.
