I went into this store to cancel my account that I've had with T-mobile for a dozen years. The store manager, or at least that's what he called himself, Patrick, was extremely condescending and rude to both of my daughters and myself. He tried to make us feel stupid for changing to a competitor's service, he acted like if we had done things differently that T-mobile could give us a better deal, and actually cut my daughter off when she was in the middle of saying something.
