The employees at this location are either dishonest or incompetent. Either way you DO NOT want to waste your time here. My Dad calls me one morning to inform me that he has switched our family plan to T-mobile. He tells me that i need to go into a T-mobile store to have my phone activated and have a SIM card programmed with my number put into my phone. My Dad, explicitly, tells me that he has already payed for all fees and expenses and that i should be able to just walk in and retrieve the a fore mentioned items. Both the gu... read more

The wait time was a quite a bit long. I waited almost an hour to be helped on. So more staffing would be much better. I do however need to complement Enrique. I have purchased a Samsung S5 and Samsung Watch with him. He is wonderful and works as fast as he can all while being respectful of your concerns. He seems to do amazing running this location. He remembers faces and is easy to talk to. Doesn't push unnecessary items on you and makes you feel comfortable with large purchases. He should be a next choice in management. Ta... read more
