New management at the location. Store seems more put together and cared about. I had an issue with my billing from missing a promotion and it got resolved quickly while I was at the store.
It’d be nice to take a get their stuff together and make their website show the correct time of opening. Says they open at 11 on the website it says 10 why would I wanna stay with T-Mobile if they can’t even get a simple hour right?
I'm having issues with this location ask the manager to give me a call and yet yeah I'm still waiting rules and regulations. I was lied to you about a return and I did not get my receipt. I thought it was going to be emailed to me and yet I still have no receipt. Funny things my issue could have been resolved if I had my receipt. Definitely would not recommend this location as they only worry about commission even if they have to lie to get it.
