I went in trying to get a new phone, and I was told I have to do everything through the app. There's no point in having a sales representative in the store if they can't do a damn thing. Every issue or question I had was met with the same answer. "You have to do it through the app" what's the point of having workers then?
New management at the location. Store seems more put together and cared about. I had an issue with my billing from missing a promotion and it got resolved quickly while I was at the store.
It’d be nice to take a get their stuff together and make their website show the correct time of opening. Says they open at 11 on the website it says 10 why would I wanna stay with T-Mobile if they can’t even get a simple hour right?
