I am happy about choosing them to get a replacement phone
Went for an upgrade only. They added 2 lines! Gave b.s. reasons to justify. But...we were charged for an additional line! They canceled Netflix after being told not to. Promised $180 credit to fix the errors. Only got $30 credit. We were told the bill will drop. Nope, it went up $75. We have been in the store 3 times and called 4 times...the problem has still not been rectified!
Been coming to this store 5 years and they always treated me very good like I'm a valued customer. And when I need a new phone they get me the best deals
Came to this store up upgrade and they helped me with ease. Get all my stuff transfered and for a great deal
How are you an authorize t mobile store but never answer the phone!!!
