Not exactly sure what happened here, but my phone bill was jacked up after going here to upgrade my phone ....I honestly believe they lie and doctor up these plans?? I got screwed..I believe one of the girls name was Kim I DO NOT recommend coming here!! Use the Tmobile in Orland Park..
No care for any follow up help , will not take phone back after 1 day ,not working properly, then told manager will call back and no follow up,bad business no good.
WERE GIVEN 2 - "FREE" WATCHES AND A FREE TRACKER DEVICE. TRICKERY USED THAT MADE US THINK THEY WERE FREE WHEN IN FACT THEY FAILED TO MENTION YOU HAVE TO PAY A MONTHLY INTERNET FEE FOR TWO YEARS ON THESE DEVICES NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO PULL THIS SCAM ON US BEING LOYAL 20 YEAR CUSTOMERS. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE WILL CONTINUE TO ESCALATE THIS ISSUE WITH TMOBILE UNTIL WE ARE SATISFIED ONCE AND FOR ALL.
