This T-Mobile store has been a nightmare. My dad upgraded his phone on our family plan and turned in his old phone in person at this store. He erased and reset the device right in front of a store employee and physically handed it to them to complete the trade-in. A month later, T-Mobile claims they never received the phone and is now denying the promotional credit.
