This place along with the manager at this location is trash. If I could give them zero stars I would. I hope T-Mobile corporate looks into them. Bad business practices here. Shop elsewhere
2/19/25 The last I phone I purchased was the Apple Store. They were good. But Jacob was very professional. Helped us out in a quick orderly fashion. Did not have to wait in those long lines at Apple. Thanks Jacob. 4 years ago. I walked in, it was later in the day and the store was busy. Random customers that have no clue how to set up their phones or switch phones with new numbers, all kinds of stuff.
