Jamie gives new definition to the term "customer service with the congenial exceptional customer service she provides. All the store representatives work well together as team players with the leadership of Jamie who leads by example and finds no task to provide customer satisfaction too small. After leaving the apple store, frustrated and unassisted, I walked into the store almost in tears but Eric was so helpful and made everything easy. I walked out with the biggest smile and all the weight lifted off my shoulders. I can't thank him enough!!
