Penny was a great help she deserves a raise
Penny was a lifesaver! I came in because my iPhone wasn’t making or taking calls longer than 3-4 seconds. She was able to help me fix it — while simultaneously helping another customer! I can’t remember the last time I got good customer service, nevermind someone that made what I presumed would be a headache with a long wait into a quick resolution. Appreciate you Penny!
