Penny was the epitome of patience and professionalism. She helped me transfer data from my old android to newly purchased iPhone that I purchased a few days earlier. She then asked if I knew about Apple Watch offer which other store did not tell me about when I purchased the phone. VERY long story made as short as I can, there was some error or glitch with their system in processing the watch sale.
