Sergio at the Tmobile location in Orland Park went above and beyond to get me set up with my new cell phone (trade in) He download apps and was willing to reset passwords etc in transferring my data. I reccomend him highly and was very satisfied with our interaction and appreciated his help. I'm 90 years old and still like my instagram. Thank you Sergio!
Please stay away form this store. I hope for T-mobile's sake that it's just this store, and not a company wide problem, but I had a very long process in changing over from another carrier. I'm still not convinced that the employees didn't intentionally make mistakes to improve their commission or something. First, they signed me up for a plan a tier higher than the one we chose in the store, luckily a simple phone call to T mobile took care of that.
