I am totally disgusted the way my father and I were treated today. My dad purchased an iphone 16pro and paid it in full and the rep didn’t want to help transfer his phone to the new one because he couldn’t remember his password (he’s 86 yrs old) we sat and waited because we had to reset the password over 45 min later I asked if he could help he said “you think I can control apple” he even left for lunch leaving me and my parents sitting there, let’s just say the other 4 bozos in the store were just as bad. Very very friendly staff! They had gone above and beyond for me. I had a issue messaging. And the 2 gentleman that helped was amazing and friendly.

Went there, as I was eligible for an upgrade. I brought in my 14 pro to trade in which was in pristine condition, , and was told it did not meet standards and could not be traded in. I just went to different T-Mobile and they did it no problem and Confirmed my phone had no issues, and upgraded me. This place was not worth my time / effort to put up a fuss. Seemed like the person working had no idea what he was talking about .
