This place was closed when it was supposed to be open we had to go to another location to get help.
Went to this location because the other one I usually go to/get my screen protector changed at was out of screen protectors. Was denied even though I pay monthly for the insurance. Will not be going back to this location even if it’s the last T-Mobile location in Altoona. Would recommend the location on E plank.
I went into this store to try to get an Apple Watch. I told the guy, Abdulah, that I wanted a series 10. So, he goes in the back and gets one. Rings me out and sends me on my way. I drive all the way home, only to find out he has given me an SE gen 2 instead of what I asked for. So I drive back to their store and they have the audacity to charge me a restocking fee, for something that wasn’t even my fault. They put be back in 15 minute signs on the door not even 2 hours after they open and they don't come back for hours I waited 2 hours for them to come back I will never come to this t mobile again the people are rude here as well. I will only go to the one in sams club from now on at least they are there when they are open and the people are nice.
Great service! Easy to work with and helped get us exactly what we needed.
