The customer service was very courteous and professional. The T-Mobile system to port the phones was a headache! She called a CS Rep who said our plan was not in existence but with another Rep it was and then it takes a day to get the one we wanted. So always plan to spend more time there then you think.
I'm not very happy with ANY of T-mobile services!! They keep raising the prices, the phone service is terrible, customer service is even worse! I called for service, was going to be on hold for MINIMUM 30 min, so accepted option for call back. Called back in 10 min. AND WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER 10 MIN, STILL NO CONNECTION TO A PERSON!!!!
I was looking to upgrade my phone from a different carrier, walked in and after being told with my trade in and the promotion for being a new customer that I would receive the phone for free. 3 months forward I’m paying for the phone service and the phone. I’ve called t-mobile many times with no help, the service sucks. I would stay away from this store at all costs, sure wish I did. I got a new phone and Cheri at T mobile was a huge help. Recommend coming here. Nice, helpful and friendly.
I went into this store to try to get an Apple Watch. I told the guy, Abdulah, that I wanted a series 10. So, he goes in the back and gets one. Rings me out and sends me on my way. I drive all the way home, only to find out he has given me an SE gen 2 instead of what I asked for. So I drive back to their store and they have the audacity to charge me a restocking fee, for something that wasn’t even my fault.
