This worker named McKenzie. Is extremely is rude. Talked over my wife and me. We brought the Samsung s 26 ultra. Paid off both phones and was told that we would only have to pay $50 more on our phone plan. Received a bill for 319. Over 100 more. Was told by T-Mobile that the store was in the wrong but that we would have to go in to the store. We did this was giving the explanation that T-Mobile has to separate customers services. Absolutely garbage service. After US Cellular merger left us without service, we went in to get an additional sim. I have a temporary license which should have been fine for identification..but they have to scan it? Are you kidding me?? I have no service with thos crappy company and now cant get help resoring my service until apparently my "physical id" is here. Switching service providers. Everything since this merger has been nothing but issues and the people at the store are absolutely zero help.. with an acceptable form... read more

Came in with my phone acting up they took care of me In and out with a new phone in under 40 min this store is the best tmobile I have ever been too, the manager of this store really knows his stuff would recommend this store before any other wireless phone store for sure

The customer service was very courteous and professional. The T-Mobile system to port the phones was a headache! She called a CS Rep who said our plan was not in existence but with another Rep it was and then it takes a day to get the one we wanted. So always plan to spend more time there then you think.

I'm not very happy with ANY of T-mobile services!! They keep raising the prices, the phone service is terrible, customer service is even worse! I called for service, was going to be on hold for MINIMUM 30 min, so accepted option for call back. Called back in 10 min. AND WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER 10 MIN, STILL NO CONNECTION TO A PERSON!!!!
