This location is absolutely disgusting. The customer service was unprofessional and honestly, comical. I was answering the questions instead of the employees. Instead of focusing on resolving my issue, staff seemed more interested in socializing, and it felt disorganized and inattentive. Big girls in corner gossiping, distracting other employees. The employees I interacted with lacked clear knowledge of anything, nevertheless of what they were doing, which only made the situation more confusing rather than resolving it. No m... read more

Excellent service provided by Victor today! He is professional, patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable! I made a huge mistake switching providers and he got me hooked back up with T-Mobile quickly and efficiently! Super grateful for him and for T-Mobile!

Last night 7 pm: Return $70 beats that never worked. Purchased 9/25/2025 at this "authorized retailer", at which time I gave a different associate my expensive charger to charge my phone while he transferred my data and walked out WITHOUT it. Associate immediately informed me I had to go to a " corporate store" without a receipt. ME:Is there any record anywhere of my purchase I.e in my texts, email or can i use debit card # to trace? Be incredibly careful when doing business here. I traded in a phone that was due for an upgrade. I was told "I am going to put you on the new military plan, your bill will only go up about 10 bucks" low and behold it went up over $20 and I have spent 2 days with T Mobile customer service trying to get my plan back to what it was. I also asked them to turn "find my phone" before I shipped it back, he took the phone, said it was done and come to find out, he didn't do it.
