Be incredibly careful when doing business here. I traded in a phone that was due for an upgrade. I was told "I am going to put you on the new military plan, your bill will only go up about 10 bucks" low and behold it went up over $20 and I have spent 2 days with T Mobile customer service trying to get my plan back to what it was. I also asked them to turn "find my phone" before I shipped it back, he took the phone, said it was done and come to find out, he didn't do it.
