slowest service ever – With a staff of only two, service was impossibly slow. Tyrone never acknowledged another customer other than the one he'd been talking to when I came in and was still talking to that same customer when I gave up a half hour later and walked out. He should be fired for neglecting customers. The other employee, a woman, was slight better but was averaging 10 - 15 minutes per customer. Who has time for this nonsense? I'll try the Westport store or find another provider.
This liqour store had horrible customer service. The owner walked up to us and asked to look in my bag he said it wasn't because "I was black" honestly he could have taken a different approach and said " its cause your hand bag is huge". He wouldn't have to worry about being robbed if he would stop stuffing his face and watching tv and start interacting with his customers.
