Manager Jeanine is unwelcoming and unprofessional. Staff members have too much cocky attitude and not enough expertise and experience to back it up. I don't care how much pizazz they have so long as they have knowledge enough to solve my problems.
If you're looking for an amazing person to help you out knows everything that there is about phones see Megan knight at the Pittsford T Mobile store made my new phone experience amazing today she has a sweet kind way about her and is an asset to this T Mobile store since my favorite employee Kim was transferred and is no longer there great job today Megan you rock.. choose her you wont be disappointed....thank girl....linda freeman
Just trying to pay a bill could take up to an hour. There is not enough people working. 2 people people on the register and no one on the floor. They move at a slow pace. They act like they don't see you standing there waiting in line for over 40 mins.
We needed to return back the old phone back to them. We went to this kola toon which is really close to our house and next to the Safeway.
Their staff saved my phone free of charge when i couldn't get it tho work and they always find us the best bang for our buck. Great customer service!
I will never go to this store ever again. The person that "helped me" was Mohammed and he was a LIAR. He not only lied to about about having my phone in stock, he had me pay for the phone and then showed me it was in a different color. I did not want that color and wanted a refund so he tried to charge me a $50 re-stocking fee for a phone I hadnt even touched yet!!!! THEN....after 45 minutes I finally get my refund and he says the money will go right back into my account and ITS STILL NOT THERE 24 hours later! LIARS LIARS LI... read more
They charge me $20.00 for a Sim. This is rip off
Worst T-mobile shop I have encountered. Unfriendly staff, not able to help with basic services (claiming to only being a franchise of T-mobile not able to provide all basic services).
This place has the worst Customer Service and the manger is very condescending. I would not go to this location I would make the drive to Columbus,Ga location. Highly suggest that you don't use this location.
