The crew here are very thoughtful, they take the time to hear you out and get you a better deal than the other carriers.

Came into the store with a lot of questions and needed a lot of help. The Manager is great. The employees helped with tech questions I had.
Employee with no experience sold me the ubd2 device with promise that I could save $5 dollars a line if I enrolled in auto pay. Problem it wasn't available for my plan. There was never a manager to return the thing after I found the truth, because it seems this is only an authorized retailer made to look like a corporate store, a manager at another store looked at the receipt and showed me where the store number ends with " -D" indicating third party retailer.
Very rude people, never want to help you,lady was yelling at my wife because I told her I would get better help at the store on Navarro in Victoria tx,she even followed us outside and continued to yell throwing up her hands
Best Customer Service I've Ever Experienced. Easy close to door parking & right on the Corner of Signal Butte & The Trail. They treat you like family & you can always grab the best Mexican Food you have ever tasted right next door to them. I've been in Sales most of my life & I know Customer Service, T-Mobile is a 10+ on my scale, which is a very high scale to grab my personal attention. ������������
Terrible service, terrible company. Spent 30 minutes waiting, when there was 5 employee's working that were not helping anyone. This store is junk, and most of their positive reviews are either fake, or friends of people that work there.

Went in to activate a line of service and purchase a SIM card. The staff that were there were pretty knowledgeable. I did have a bad experience with biking and the staff at the store did not seem to know how to remedy this but it eventually got worked out. I will say that they were very speedy with their service.
