Don't go to this one! When you go to them with a problem, they tell you to call customer care and they sell you a phone without telling you anything about it. Go to another T-Mobile store if you can.

There is one (short) guy who has the worst customer service skills ever. Doesn't even acknowledge you when you walk in and will keep you waiting while chatting up a customer about nothing important.
