Employee turn over every month...no employee knowledge enough to resolve problems/issues...even EXPERT SLOW/SKILLS OFF..Longtree employee just sits by the ftont door never speak nor help...HE IS USELESS...NEVER OPEN ON TIME..ALWAYS OPEN AFTER 11AM...I INSTEAD OF 10am...I was offered internet for $40.. it was on my phone in notifications and when I wen tg to pay my bill on Hillcrest the assustant manager said it was wrong that it is $50...so I CANCELLED...MIGHT BE CHANGING CARTIER IN OCTOBER...2.5 years issues with TMOBIL

The south asian lady there had very bad communication when I was there explaining my problem of connecting my Sim she was pressuring me to buy a phone case. When I told her that I did not want to buy the product she then told me to walk to best buy and fix it there. This has greatly offended me and I will not be coming back.
Came in yesterday to get some help with my phone, Kianna was the customer rep that assisted me. She was super friendly and amazing, and understanding of my frustrations with my phone not getting internet. She was pleasant to everyone who came in while we were there and helped us with Tech support while we were in the store since it was a lot of repeating the same thing to the people on the phone, which I don't do well with. Customer Service at this location was absolutely 💯 awesome the experience was very professional. I will be back at this store every person that helped me truly went the maximum 5 stars and more.!!!!!
