Yo no recomiendo T-Mobile tube una mala atencion con un hombre que se llama Luis que pesimo para atender incluso me amenazo por que estaba reclamando por una factura que un aparato de internet que no ordene y ellos me lo estaban cobrando en mi factura de $500 la verdad no recomiendo T-mobile le dicen que uno ba pagar una cosa y cuando llega la factura llega de otra cantidad. La atencion de Luis fue muy desagradable

This is by far one of the worst experiences ever. If you can bypass TMobile completely I would. Specifically this store and whatever other store managed by the DM Hicanchi. Not only did I go to the store after being told my replacement phone was delivered, I sat there for over an hour and a half because they “couldn’t locate my phone” even though UPS delivered and was signed off by one of their store employees. Luis was helping my dad and I get a new phone, and he was very patient in answering all of my questions and explaining all the details of the payment plans and upfront costs. Thank you very much Luis!
