If I could give Brian a 10 I would. He went above and beyond to make sure everything on my phone was correct. He treated me with so much respect and kindness. I told him to keep his demeaner and he will go far. He was working at the Middlesex office for the day but I had to let Morristown know they have an employee who is a diamond in the ruff. What an asset you have.
It took me almost 4 hours to get my new phone, for some reason they thought it would be a good idea to have a meeting at 5:00 PM on a weekday which i would imagine is probably one of their busier times because you know thats when people get off of work. So i waited an hour because i guess all of the employees needed to be part of the meeting, fine whatever but then the display of incompetence and lack of communication by the employees left me in awe.
