Every time I visit this location, I receive the best customer service. Abner and every customer service rep at the Morristown location are knowledgeable, polite, and patient. Additionally, T-Mobile stands out from many other carriers due to its connection to satellite, in-flight use on United flights, and ease of international travel coverage.
Whole team doesn’t care. Guy and girl in the store. Called ahead and asked for the a specific phone. They go in the back and come out and say they have it, come in. Drive 40mins away and they said they never had it. They have another phone. No consideration at all.
I went in to ask about some questions regarding trade in and getting a new phone. They said they need my ID in order to verify the account I have with them and then only they can answer my questions. Came in another day with my id and I was waiting for my turn since everyone was busy. A family comes in and in like 10 mins a new store representative comes in starts helping the family who came after me. Note that I have been waiting since 20 min already before the family came in. Even single star is too generous. This place honors only new device purchase customers. I went this store to check my account that I couldn’t do through online and they just refused to help me.
