The female who was working this morning around 11:15am - if she worked for me she would be fired. First, when I pulled up to your store, she was standing outside. 2nd, when I explained the phone situation, she flat out told me that it is the vendor issue of the phone, not a T-Mobile issue. I pay T-Mobile for my month monthly. Truly disappointed with the non-existent service received.
