Jos was the absolute best. Handled my upgrade well. Troubleshooting some of the issues that happened along the way and was nice the entire time.
I had to return 2 gateways and obtain the rest of my pic from my phone that was locked by AT&T. I had previously went to the Tmobole store in Orange and that was a disaster. First they didn't put the Sim card in the new tower or make sure it was working before leaving. Next they added a new line which made it impossible to set it up at home.
