When we walked in the store not too long ago the guy had an attitude like he did not want to be bothered. He made us very uncomfortable. He did not smile at all. He acted like he did not want to be there. He did not even try to thoroughly check my phone to see what the problem was.
Very pleased with service
I do not live too close to this location, there are some other t_mobile stores nearby but I am always happy to come here because I am sure I always get an extraordinary service from Josh _retail sales rep. He is always happy to explain everything in details and repeat over and over for you if you do not get it right. He is very helpful.
Armani, Hemphry and Joss are incredible. They were so helpful. I can’t wait to come back.
Scammers. Liar's. Scammers. Liar's. Scammers. Liar's The lowest type of people you can think of. All they want to do is sell you things you don't need. "You get a free case and screen protector with the new phone" so it's free? "yeah, like 25% off". I spent an hour and a half in the store and 15+ hours on the phone with customer service trying to fix all the lies. I was told my bill would only increase $30, it went up $220.
