Not to go into long details how the employees there are unprofessional and incompetent, i highly recommend you try another location. I had to go to another store to resolve my issue. Chris was the only competent employee there but he is always busy helping other customers.
La gente aqui es despota, no saben tratar ni dar informacion, pase a pedir uno de las promociones que da T.LIFE y a pesar que el tipo le estaba dando a un amigo de el (por la forma en la que se despedian) cuando fue mi turno me dijo que “alli no tienen esas promociones” a pesar que le dije que era la misma que le daba a su amigo, el tipo dijo que esa era la ultima que tenia
Tha bad costumer service , they sale the phones and everything , after they never take out from the system, tenga mucho cuidado , sepa con quien habla en la tienda apunte todo para que luego no tenga una sorpresa
Chris is amazing he was so informative and knowledgeable i would def go back to him a million times!!!
According to their sign on the door they open at 9:00 AM EVERYDAY. Doors were locked past 9:00 am and someone was just sitting there.
