Way above and beyond service from the manager, Sierra (Sorry S, I know that’s not how you spell it) She very patiently stepped me through all my questions, helped me reset my original plans when the older phone I was looking for was no longer available, and helped me choose a new monthly phone plan. They know some stuff, but their services are bad. When I traded my phone, the guy didn’t say he was going to charge $35x2 service fees. And didn’t tell me the trade in value until the last minute. The manager was also rude when her fiancée messed up my screen protector and I asked for a new one if possible and she was explicitly display dislike and said “seriously.” Literally to me, a customer when it’s her fiancée who put the screen protector more to the left. This transaction was extremely easy. Purchased a new phone and the young man who was working there normally worked out of the Springfield store. He knew exactly what he needed to do throughout the transactions and simultaneously waited on two people with ease.
