I have to say my first interaction with T-mobile since they merged with Sprint did not leave me impressed or satisfied. My husband has been with Sprint since they merged with Nextel, making him a loyal customer for over 20 years. While trying to upgrade my iPhone with my iPhone forever plan, or so I thought I was on the iPhone forever plan, I found out that T-mobile did away with that plan without informing the customers who were on it and we also now have to pay quite a bit of money to upgrade, half the cost of the phone. Absolutely AMAZING service by Jackie and all her employees. They assisted me with my warranty phone exchange, had the patience to transfer 10k plus photos.
