Jorge was great i went to several places no one could help me i went to 4 tmobile and repair shops and they wanted to charge me 55 just to fix my port jorge didnt charge me cleaned my charging port and it worked. God bless him and Tmobile.

Worst location ever, walked in to cancel my watch line the lady who was there around 4:45 on Sunday June 22nd said she couldn't do anything and I would have to drive to a different location to update my PIN. What a joke, then the other location said she definitely could have handled it she just didn't want to deal with it. There is a reason I switched and it's stuff like this no customer service, terrible phone service, and frustrating for customers.
