I originally left this Tmobile thinking Yesenia was very helpful. I was told my screen protector was free. Which one was and she charged my account another screen protector for $50, which was not on my printed bill she had given me so I was able to dispute it through tmobile's Facebook page via messenger. I was also told my case would be free but it shows I owe monthly on that also. Very deceiving practices used, keep your receipt until you can view your bill.
T-Mobile is a good servicr provider except two issues that it doesn't cover some rural areas and they don't offer promotions that other providers play the game smarter!
